Delivery & Returns


We’ll try our best to get your order with you as soon as possible, but in addition to the below shipping times kindly allow an extra 48 hours for us to handcraft your bag and package your order with love and care!

We deliver (after dispatched from our workshop) for FREE in Greece & Cyprus (1-2 working days) and  for 15€ for all other countries (5-8 working days).

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty regulations.



Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for full-priced goods, provided you request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must then be returned to us within 7 days after you have filed your request.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.



Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow 5 working days once we receive your product for our company to process your return, plus a further 5 days for banks to clear funds on your account.


If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our company. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.



If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched as soon as returned goods have undergone quality checks, and are always subject to product availability at the time of return.


Please note: This does not apply during Sales Periods where we can only offer an exchange on goods. If the customer does not wish to exchange their purchase, they will be issued a credit note to the value of the item when he purchased it. If a customer exchanges a product and there is a difference in the final balance, they will be issued a credit note which can be redeemed on their next purchase.



We offer a complimentary repair service for 6 months from the day you purchased if we can discern that the problem with the product has occurred not from ill-usage but due to faulty production. In the case you find such a problem with your item, please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by ALEXQUISITE.


Please note: General wear and tear will not be covered by this service and all complimentary repairs are at the discretion of ALEXQUISITE.


If you have had a product for more than 6 months and it requires a repair, we are happy to bring it back in shape if possible. Please follow the same process for faulty items; we will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information on how to proceed.


Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.
